House Bill 996 – 2017 Regular Session

House Bill that allows Mississippi licensed pharmacists to dispense an opioid antagonist under a standing order and mandates pharmacists to complete approved training prior to dispensing naloxone. See: HB 996 – 2017 Regular Session.

MS Good Samaritan Law (§ 73-25-37)
